Repairs and Replacements: In cases of repair or replacement of parts, we charge only for the products used. If the repair requires only labor, the cost will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the technician dispatched to your location. Our team is trained to offer efficient and cost-effective solutions, ensuring you receive the best service at a fair price.

At Estores Moniz Matias, we accept payments by bank transfer and cash. Please note that we do not have an ATM payment terminal. After confirming the service and approving the quote, we will provide all the necessary banking information so you can make the payment securely and conveniently.

At Estores Moniz Matias, we are firmly committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer an exclusive 2-year warranty on all our blinds and shutters, valid from the date of assembly.
Our goal is to provide peace of mind by ensuring that our products maintain their performance and aesthetics over time. How to Use the Warranty:

2. Required Documentation: Have your purchase invoice and assembly receipt at hand.
